Jubiläumskompositionsauftrag zu „150 Jahre diplomatische Beziehungen Österreich-Japan-2019“
Klavierquartett Wien mit Yoko Urata (Klavier) und Mitgliedern der Wiener Philharmoniker: Harald Krumpöck (Violine), Robert Bauerstatter (Viola) und Jörgen Fog (Violoncello).
Konzertaufführung meiner Komposition „Sasakia charonda“ in der Kyoto Concert Hall. Der voll ausgebuchte Konzertsaal ist mit Blumengestecken zu „Japan-Austria 1869-2019“ festlich geschmückt.
Herr Gesandter Direktor Dr. Vielgrader ist als Ehrengast aus Tokyo zum Konzert gekommen. Auf dem Programm stehen weitere Klavierquartette von Beethoven, Mozart und Brahms sowie Chorwerke von Mozart, die der japanische Kinderchor „Morgenglanz“ vorträgt.
